Welcome to the website of the Anatolia Units 1, 2, and 4 Master Association
Our neighborhood lies in the southern part of Rancho Cordova, California - between Sunrise Blvd. on the west, and Jaeger Road (Rancho Cordova Parkway) on the east, and from Douglas Road on the north, to the greenbelt on the south. Our neighborhood was built in the mid-2000s, with the first homes sold in autumn 2005. Within our neighborhood are about 2,000 homes (all single-family detached), our Clubhouse with three pools and gym, an elementary school, and 3 parks.
Date change: HOA Board/Member meeting moved to May 17
Since May 10 is an important event at Sunrise Elementary School for many HOA members with children, the HOA Board/Member meeting originally scheduled for May 10 has been moved by one week to May 17. Time & location remain the same: 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse Salon.
Clubhouse pool heating to begin May 11
The Clubhouse pool heating will begin for the season on Friday, May 11. Happy swimming!
Farmers markets nearby
There are two Farmers Markets within easy driving distance of our Anatolia neighborhood.
California Certified Farmers' Market is just a few minutes away (in the Light Rail parking lot on the corner of Sunrise & Folsom Blvd.). They're open every Saturday morning from 8 to noon, year-round.

How do I report a CC&R violation?
If you see something that's against the CC&R's, please let NCM know. NCM will follow up on all reports of violations. Please notify our Community Manager, Demetri Romas, at dromas@2ncm.com or call him at (916) 771-8551 x12 (daytime office except Tuesdays). Demetri is usually on-site in our Anatolia Clubhouse on Tuesdays, (916) 294-0026, and he's quite willing to meet with homeowners to discuss any violations or other topics about our HOA.
Comcast Customer Service Commitment to Anatolia
Anatolia's agreement with Comcast obligates them to maintain a toll-free telephone number available to Anatolia customers twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week. The number is (800) 856-2374. When they ask for your "account number" just press * which is for "bulk" servivces. Upcoming Anatolia Homeowners Association Board meetings
Scheduled Board Meetings open to all members (Anatolia owners) are normally held every other month on the 2nd Thursday evening at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse. Come join your neighbors, learn about what's going on, meet your elected Board members, and share your ideas!

Clubhouse office hours for our new NCM Community Manager
