How do I reset my password? Can you reset it for me?
We are unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the Sign In link on the homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.
Can I change the email address I set up in my account?
It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.
Can I checkout without an account?
Yes, logging into an account at checkout is optional. Customers without accounts on our site can check out as a guest.
Why should I create an account?
Creating an account is optional; however, having a customer account allows you to:
View your orders
Add and update billing information
Update their name or password
Enable faster checkout
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout. After you enter your email, shipping, and billing information, you can check Create an Account for faster checkout and create a password for your new account. Customer account passwords must be at least 10 characters.
