Anatolia HOA Assessment Payment Information

As shown in the escrow closing documents for all Anatolia homes, monthly installments of the HOA assessment are due on the 1st day of each month. They are considered delinquent if not received and paid in full by the 15th of the month.

Anatolia partnered with Consortium, LLC for accounting services. We provide several convenient options to choose from when paying your assessments. The most convenient way to pay your assessment is by Electronic Funds Transfer.

  1. by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT);

  2. by bill pay service through your bank;

  3. by check or money order via postal mail.

1.  Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

To choose the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) option, please complete the EFT Application; attach a voided blank check (not a deposit slip) and payment for the balance due. Please indicate the day you would like us to charge your bank account (the 1st, the 7th, or the 15th). You may also register for EFT and or view your account activity online by registering at using the activation code located on your account statement.

2.  bill pay service

If you are using a bill pay service through your bank, please update the mailing address to:

Please ensure that your check is sent early enough to be delivered in Roseville no later than the 15th of the month to ensure timely payment. Please do not send cash or coin via US Mail.
