Comcast Gateway Swap

Important Notice: Please do not bring your old Gateway to the Gateway swap events hosted by Xfinity until you have activated your new Gateway. Xfinity aims to keep you connected until your new Gateway becomes active.

Return your Old Gateway with These Easy Steps. There are two ways to drop off your old Gateway:

• Visit the Clubhouse and hand it over to Ashely Soto or Alyssa DeLaCruz, or

• Attend any of the Gateway Swap events.

New: Comcast Bulk Internet Agreement

Our Board of Directors have successfully secured a new bulk agreement with Comcast, resulting in upgraded internet speeds for all wired connections. With this new agreement, we are delighted to inform you that your internet speed will now consist of 1.0 Gbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds. This significant enhancement will undoubtedly improve your browsing, streaming, and overall online experience at the Clubhouse.
 
To ensure that each member is well-informed about this transition, Comcast will be hosting several events (see schedule below) at our Clubhouse to discuss all available equipment and speed options. These events will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions, understand the benefits, and learn how to maximize the new internet speeds.
 
We understand the importance of uninterrupted service during this transition period. Rest assured that no service interruptions will occur, and you will continue to enjoy seamless internet connectivity throughout the process. Continuous communication is vital to us, and we will keep you updated on every step of this journey over the next month. Expect regular emails, announcements, and reminders regarding upcoming events.
