Clubhouse Membership Card Process & Forms

Welcome to Anatolia! All homeowners and tenants who reside in the boundaries of the Anatolia Master Association Community are eligible to sign up for a Clubhouse membership card. Minors from 14-17 years of age qualify for a membership card. They cannot sign in at the Clubhouse as guests. Residents 18 years of age and over need to show proof of residence and a photo ID. The membership card provides you with access to all of the amenities and free classes offered at The Clubhouse.  If you would like Clubhouse access you must have a membership card. HOA fees must be current to date prior to signing up. 

Fee Structure for Membership Cards

Homeowner Membership Card: Free
Tenant Membership Card: Free
Replacement of Lost/Stolen Membership Cards: $15 per card
Nanny Pass (One per home & only to be used to bring children to the use the facility): $75 per year

HOW TO SIGN UP

Please read the following instructions carefully.  Orientation is required for ALL new members. Complete all the required forms that apply to you then call the Clubhouse to speak to our Member Services Team about making an appointment for membership cards and orientation. Bring all the required documentation to your membership appointment or email the documents to info@anatoliahoa.org. 

After all documents have been reviewed and approved at your membership appointment, a staff member will go over the orientation with you. After completing the orientation, a staff member will be happy to process your badge. A photo will be taken of you for our records.

Homeowners

  • Photo ID

  • Copy of recorded Grant Deed

  • Minors 14 – 17 years old must also complete the required documents listed under the Minor section below

  • Additional people living in the household will have to show proof of residence and a photo ID. A bill, bank statement, or change of address with the name and address on it will need to be shown and copied.

Tenants

Minors (14-17)

  • Content/Waiver for Use of Facility by Minor Form - Must be signed by the minor’s legal guardian (DOWNLOAD HERE)

  • Minor’s Birth Certificate with School ID or Passport
