The purpose of this meeting is to hold the annual meeting of the Delegates as per the Bylaws Article 6.2, to elect a Board of Directors, and to determine the allocation of any excess funds at the end of the current fiscal year. At this meeting, two (2) Directors will be elected, each for a term of three (3) years. An Organizational Meeting may follow the Annual Meeting should a quorum of the Board be present.
