Welcome to Anatolia

Anatolia is a community in Rancho Cordova, California. Designed for convenience, the community features multiple community parks, hiking and biking trails, preserved wetlands, and a beautiful 12,000 square foot clubhouse with three pools and a gym. 

Anatolia lies in the southern part of Rancho Cordova, between Sunrise Boulevard on the west and the new Rancho Cordova Parkway on the east; and from Douglas Road on the north to the greenbelt on the south.  The neighborhood was built in the mid-2000s, with the first homes sold in 2005.  Within the neighborhood are nearly 2,100 single-family detached homes, two elementary schools, and four community parks.

This is the website of the Anatolia Units 1, 2, and 4 Master Association, which is the member-based organization of all homeowners in the community. 

New Clubhouse Membership

Anatolia Clubhouse is now scheduling appointments to update your membership for the 2024 season.  If you need changes made or are new to the community please call the Clubhouse at (916) 294-0026 to schedule a time to update your membership, receive your access card and complete your orientation. You can also visit our Membership Page for detailed membership information and downloadable forms. Member Services Team will only be updating memberships by appointment, no walk-ins available.
