Anatolia Units 1, 2 and 4 Master Association will be holding an Annual Meeting on November 17, 2022, whereby one (1) one Director will be elected to the Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years. HOA Elections of California has been selected as the Association’s 2022 Inspector of Election and will be managing the election. If you wish to be included as one of the candidates for consideration, please read and the complete the form attached. Please note that it is your responsibility as a candidate to review the Association’s governing documents carefully to ensure that you meet the criteria and are committed to volunteering the time needed to serve on the Board. Your Candidate Registration Form and your optional Candidate Election Statement (described below) must be received by HOA Elections of California prior to 5:00 p.m. on September 19, 2022 (the "Nomination Deadline").
This form may be returned by mail to the address noted below, via fax to 1-800-809-4535, or emailed at info@hoaelections.com. Each candidate may submit, along with this form, a statement of no more than one (1) side of an 8 ½” X 11” sheet of paper. The statement may include your photograph. You will receive a confirmation notice of receipt of registration and another when your candidate eligibility has been verified. It is your responsibility as a candidate to ensure that your candidate registration form is received by HOA Elections of California by the deadline date. If you do not receive a confirmation, they did not receive your registration.
