Working through the compliance process has its challenges with communication for the Homeowner who incurs the violation(s) and the neighbor(s) who watches the process run its course. While continuing with our traditional methods of compliance, Management would like to introduce violation tags (stickers). This will not change the current process, just an additional layer of communication.
