This notice is being provided to Members in accordance with Civil Code Section 4045.
On February 18, 2021, the Board of Directors adopted a new Architectural Appeal Procedure Policy and it took effect upon adoption of the Policy.
The purpose of the Policy is to provide Association Members with an established process if an architectural appeal is ever submitted following an Architectural Control Committee decision.
A copy of the new policy is available on our website in the HOA Documents section, available on request, or at the Association office.
