Temporary Clubhouse Operational Change

In light of the recent COVID outbreak we are following the protocols set forth from the CDC and OSHA which is making association staff coverage very limited. The safety and well-being of all staff and association residents remains the Board’s top priority. Therefore, in an effort to reduce COVID exposure, maintain the health and safety of association staff and residents and efficiently operate with limited staff, the following protocols will apply until further notice:

MAIN CLUBHOUSE

  • Clubhouse administrative services (phone calls, ACC applications, membership cards, etc.) will only be made available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 7 days a week, by appointment only. No walk-ins please.

  • The main clubhouse facility will be closed. This includes the Drawing Room, Activity Room, Salon, Café, Kids Club, and Billiards Room.

GYM

  • The gym will remain open during the regular hours of 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Visitors must use their member card to access the gym from the side door. Guests are not permitted under any circumstances.

  • Each resident is responsible for sanitizing each piece of equipment before and after use. There are sanitation stations made available for all gym visitors.

  • Fitness classes are still being conducted as usual. Residents will need to access the gym through the side gym door (near the parking lot) and enter the aerobics room from the gym.

POOLS

  • The pools will be made available during the regular pool hours, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

EVENTS

  • Scheduled events have not been cancelled at this time.

If you suffer from any COVID-related symptoms such as shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, or been around anyone else with these symptoms in the last 14 days, please do not enter the building for any reason.

Please keep in mind that this is an ever-changing environment, so this plan is subject to change at any time, even to the extent of full clubhouse closure.
