In order to accommodate all residents while the Clubhouse pools are under construction, we developed a Swim Schedule for the Exercise/Lap Pool for July.

FirstService Residential will be the managing agent effective July 1st and by now you should have received a Welcome Letter introducing the new management team along with instructions on what action is necessary for you to take with respect to making the July assessment payment.

As a follow-up to the announcement in April 2018 about the status of the Association’s completed lawsuit against the developer and builder of our Clubhouse for claimed construction defects, the Board of Directors released a letter to Residents to provide another update.

The survey is now closed for responses. Thank you to the many residents who provided their input. The results of the survey will be reviewed by the Clubhouse Manager and the HOA Board.

Our Anatolia community tradition is back! Food Trucks will be at the Eagle’s Nest park (next to the clubhouse) every Tuesday from 5PM - 8PM.
