Mass communications, many required by Civil Code and others specific to Anatolia operations, are mailed to Anatolia homeowners throughout the year, as well as individual mailings from Anatolia’s various departments. With nearly 2,100 homes in Anatolia, the cost of postage, paper and envelopes can increase yearly expenses. That said, the Association would like to launch an "Opt In" program, allowing owners to elect to receive, and authorize the Association to deliver communications via email. We are excited to launch this campaign and hope you will consider this option to receive important communications from the HOA. Below are the sign-up instructions. Option 1: (Preferred method) Complete the online Electronic Consent Form.

Option 2: Log in to the homeowner portal at: anatoliahoa.connectresident.com

1. To enroll in Electronic Mail you need to go to the My Account link and click on My Profile. Under Communication Preferences, click YES for Opt-In.                                   

2. To enroll in the Membership List you need to go to the Community tab, then click on Directory, then click the ADD ME button.

Option 3: If you prefer, we can send you a DocuSign Electronic Consent Form. Please email info@anatoliahoa.org.

Option 4: Download PDF version of the “Opt-In/Out Form” and return the form to the Clubhouse.
