The Association has successfully exited the bulk fiber agreement with our vendor. While this decision brings an end to the bulk agreement, we understand that many of you were excited about fiber internet, and we share in your disappointment.

Moving forward, we anticipate retail pricing for fiber services will be made available after the completion of the city of Rancho Cordova’s portion of the fiber project in the city streets/sidewalks. This milestone is crucial in providing accurate pricing information and determining the feasibility of individual retail fiber connections.

In the meantime, I am pleased to inform you that we are looking towards our future partnership with Comcast. As we work towards redefining this partnership, we will keep you informed about the speeds and products that will become available.
