Dear Homeowners.
I hope this letter finds you all in good health. As the Board President of our community, I am writing to inform you about an important decision that has been made by the Board of Directors. After thorough discussion and careful consideration, the Board has unanimously agreed to initiate the process of terminating the Fiber Network Agreement.
We understand that this decision may come as a surprise to many of you, but please rest assured that It has been made with the best interests of our community In mind. Over the past few months, we have encountered significant challenges and unexpected construction complications that have hindered the implementation of the Fiber Network. These unforeseen obstacles have led the Board to the conclusion that terminating the agreement is the most viable solution to ensure that Anatolia continues to enjoy uninterrupted internet services.
Although this decision may seem difficult, it is essential to highlight that we have exhaustively explored alternative options and engaged in extensive discussions with the service provider to find a resolution. Regrettably, the timelines and complications associated with the project have left us with no other viable path forward at this time. Our priority Is to ensure that our community members have reliable internet access, and beginning the process of terminating the Fiber Network Agreement is the most prudent course of action at this time.
Rest assured, the Board Is committed to actively seeking alternative Internet service providers who can offer reliable and cost-effective solutions to meet our community's needs. We will work diligently to ensure a smooth transition, minimizing any inconvenience or disruption that may arise during this process. Those who have begun the fiber process and wish to continue will have that option with a traditional retail account. Communications for this path will be released as soon as they are solidified with the service provider. We understand that you may have concerns or questions regarding this decision, and we encourage you to reach out to me directly at president@anatoliahoa.org or to our GM Ashley Soto at manager@anatoliahoa.com. Your input and feedback are valuable to us, and we are here to address any queries or uncertainties you may have.
We remain steadfast in our commitment to serve the best Interests of the Anatolia community. Together, we will navigate this transition and continue to enhance our wonderful neighborhood.
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and ongoing support.
Warmest regards,
Todd Wheeler
Board President
